Lentil burgers
  • 200 g brown lentils

  • 200 g firm tofu

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 3 garlic, finely chopped

  • 60 g wholemeal flour

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • Salt

Soak the lentils in cold water (12 hours), then drain and cook in the water until soft -Fry the onions and garlic well -  Cut hard tofu into cubes. the lenses            (cooled) with tofu and the onions / garlic with a hand blender - mix in the thyme, oregano, paprika, mustard, salt and tomato puree, season - form the mass and fry in a frying pan over medium heat.
